formula milk in solid foods

hii all.. my baby is 6 Months old... I have started giving him home made ceralac in which I mix packet milk but Nw I want to start formula milk.. so can I mix formula milk in cerelac or continue with packet milk..

hi neeshma,before 1year cowmilk should not give. You can add formula milk..

dear packet milk is hard to digest before 1 yr. there is no need for any milk in any fruit or vegetables as such but if u want to include mix formula milk in one meal in a day.

can you tell me what food items you have mixed in cerelac? i also want to give my child home made cerelac

dear Iram homemade cerelac consists of rice wheat badam ragi sprouted moong.. it has been dried in sun nd powdered... while making it add this powder in water nd then add milk
