Hi Mamta, You could start her on a simple home remedy of boiling down tulsi leaves in water till the colour of the water is dark brown and giving her a couple of tsps of this to drink everyday. Gradually, it will boost her immunity. Also, to control colds and coughs, ensure she has enuf vitamin C rich foods in her diet. You could also check with your paediatrician for some natural immunity building syrups available off the shelf at the chemist. hope this helps.

Hi Mamta, I faced the same with my son when he was very young. Start giving her chawanprash regularly. It is a tested remedy and believe me she will improve. It will strengthen her immunity system. I'm suggesting it from my personal experience. But just take care, don't give it with milk, since there is amla in chawanprash. Give her a glass of lemon water and a portion of citrus fruit daily. It is always better to build up the immunity than to go for a temporary cure.
