Hi, his immunity is weak so give him foods that will help in boosting his immunity. Foods rich in proteins.

hi I suggest you to give him 1 apple and 1 banana everyday. This will help him to improve his immunity as well as vitamins are concerned. A one time dahi in a day will also boost his immunity. All d best.

Ur question shows that ur child is of low immune. So, u need to work on his diet to build his immunity. Make sure that he eats balanced diet with enough exposure to sunlight. U can add dates/fig to his milk, also add lots of green leafy veggie in his routine diet. Just avoid junk food / ready made or restaurant food for some time n observe the health changes on him.

my daughter falls sick often so doctor has prescribed Vitamin D supplement and asked to give Vitamin C rich diet like citrus fruit juices and I know how difficult it isto fedc a child veggies and fruits so start with avoiding processed sugar and junk food which is an enemy of immunity building.

It seems that you have a younger kid also so you can easily understand what differences are there in their diet if the younger one is immune to common ailments. The exception though exists in children who are still being breast fed as they are quite immune.
