Frequent poop

My 5 month baby doing poop around 5-6 times a day and 1 or 2 times there is something red in his poop no idea weather it is blood something else. N now a days 1 or 2 times he puke also. His poop is soft n he is exclusively on motherfeed. Please please mommies advice why it is happening or cure of this problem it is happening since long
