frequently cough n cold

Hi my daughter is 3 year old n she gets old once a week or so.... i don't understand how to deal with it... i don't give her anything that is too cold then also I face problem..

Give Her a tablespoon of Honey with a pinch of termeric (preferably both organic) before she sleeps every day. . ( Pls check for any allergy before consuming)
