Hi momies, I having twins baby.. they r 9 months so when I can give them dry fruits. they r too slim all r saying healthy nhi ha.. please batao kaya kaya du. wat is the average weight of 9 months baby.

hi neha.. instead of giving dry fruits at this stage.. u can give them boiled potato with salt or boiled eggs to gain weight...

now I can't give them non veg ...there will be one rituals after that only I can give... potatoes de rahi hu Khichdi me ... please give recipe of some healthy food ideas.

if u r keen on giving dry fruits u can start with almonds..... Almonds r the best amongst all dry fruits... wht u can do is soak handful of almonds in water overnite... then next day peel few nd churn them in grinder to make paste.. u can add some warm milk nd slight sugar... u can spoon feed ur children this paste... it will help a lot... also avoid giving cashewnuts nd walnuts at this stage... wait fr them to turn 1yr.... hope this helps you....

listen the most important thing is tht your children shuld b active.. irrespective of der weight... babies change a lot during there growing stages... somtimes they luk chubby nd sumtimes slim... so dont worry what others say... jst keep check on ur babies activeness...
