Full night sleep

my baby is eight months old.. she does not sleep continuously for the whole night. she wakes up atleast five times.. I need to feed (breast feed )her and then ll sleep. I tried giving her diluted cow's milk, she is not taking even she is asleep. she wants feed from me. any tips for both of us to get full night sleep.

Hi my baby is also of same age and he also does the same. Babies still don't know how to make themselves sleep again if they wake up. So to soothe themselves or to feel secure they want feed not bcoz they are hungry always n this process may continue for a while till the time they don't learn to doze off on there on.
