hi Manisha Mimani! first of all dear free yourself of the guilt feeling that it has got something to do with you and your absence . once u will avoid feeling helpless and approach the same issue at hand confidently, u will be able to find solution to it. u can spend quality time with him by taking him for veggie shopping. let him but one vegetable of his choice. consider his choice and prepare a dish .involve him at every stage from peeling , to stirring to serving. ask him to do a little research on the same veggie, in terms of its nutritive value, where it's is grown , climatic conditions required and other related details. let him share these on the dinner table while serving. give him the credit for all the preparations. everyone should praise him and appreciate his efforts. I am sure after so much praise he wouldn't mind tasting it. so by adopting this method u will be able to not only spend quality time with him but also motivate him to taste it. Manisha u can also have a look at this blog by Shikha Garg. I am sure u will find it useful. Hey! I find this Parenting blog really interesting.
