Hi all, my child is 3 years and he is a very fussy eater. He does not like chapatti, vegetables, milk at all. Can someone please suggest how do i try to feed him so that his nutritional needs are also met. Also if you could help me with some recipes which look interesting for my child as well as does not lack nutritional content.

Hi dear SHweta! So ur case is no different from all of us who keep running behind r children so as to ensure that they meet their daily nutritional requirements. Well it is advisable if ur child does not like chapati , u cud try dosa, with stuffing of potato or paneer, soya bean chura etc, u cud give pancakes which has eggs, milk with honey or u cud try uttapam with chopped vegetable as topping or pizza made out of roti with cheese topping n panner cubes. As far as milk is concerned u cud try custard, puddings, sabudana kheer, suji kheer etc. curd can also be served as raita with tomato or cut cucumber or even plain boondi etc. or u cud try upma with vegetables, poha with chopped vegetables groundnut, or u cud try meethi roti in which u cud put sugar n mix it with water to make a batter n then spread on tawa n cook it like dosa with oil. Or u cud give pulao n give one egg in any form. There r n no. Of options. U cud try one option and add colour shapes, taste, novelty, variety to the menu I am sure he will not be able to resist it. All d best!
