my 4. 5 months ds putting his left thumb and pointing finger for sucking.. if i remove he s crying his lungs out.. he usually sucks his finger when he s sleepy.. and slowly started wen he feel hungry.. i check the time gap and feed him.. but now he sucks 24/7... bcz of this his bm intake getting little... hw can i stop him from sucking.. i don't want to use pacifier.. pls help

hi Dharika Amresh ! u could make him wear mittens or try putting some edible bitter juice on his thumb.. also u could replace it with a clean teether or a toy .

hi.... if i put on mittens he s sucking tat too.. does he eventually stop after tat? tried teether he uses it for some time then he throws off.. and sucking his fingers again.. is it okay if i put neem oil? will it affect his bm intake?
