Gas after delivery

Hi.. I am still suffering with gas even after 9months of delivery. Pls suggest what is to be done to avoid the problem

Dear Jaya.. i am also facing the same issue its been 1 year nw.. Ma doc has suggested regular walks after meals to let food digest Also she suggested less wheat intake as it might trigger gas formation.. I avaoided chapati for fw days n it helped a lott.. soak all the dals before cookin atleast half to one hr it reduces gas U cn increase dahi intake in place of milk I tried Zandu Pancharishta twice a day aftr meals it helped me Hope all dis helps

Try chewing ajwain seeds after meals. Really helps
