try using hing while u cook. it surely works. you can also apply hing mixed in luke warm water around baby's belly button in circular motion. do this 10- 15 times and press baby's legs to help him / her release gas. make the baby do exercises like cycling and tummy time 3- 4 times a day. also try to avoid all gassy foods like rajma / chole / cauliflower etc...

Try drinking Jeera ajwain and gud water and then feed the baby. This has worked wonders for me. Also tummy time is best to relieve gas. May be just10 minutes of tummy time helps babies as his refuces he stomach distention.
