Mam i am 9 months pregnant ..due to which m suffering from severe gastric during this period ,whatever iam eating my stomach tightens after each meal making me feel bloated .cud u plz suggest me any remedy for this as i cnt take medicines to ease

Hi roopa, during pregnancy, iron and calcium which we take creates bloating . Due to this you experience stomach pain, even gastric problems. Take meals for right time , drink plenty of water. whenever u feel this bloating, take a spoonful of fenugreek seeds or even more, swallow them along with butter milk or u can chew the fenugreek seeds for a minute and swallow them with some water or buttermilk.. they r bitter in taste but works within no time, u start feeling like u r getting free of gas... very good remedy for bloating.. it's my own experience.. as it is a natural one, I think u can take this. Don't think of the bitter taste.. It works well.. Anyone can take this, just immediately gets relief from stomach pain. Hope this works.. Happy delivery..

If your doctor has allowed you than walk for some time after dinner or lunch, take small meal, eat fruits and fiber rich foods, try avoiding oily and spicy and outside food, drink water . Importantly take rest and avoid getting stressed. If still this continues then better consult your gynec.

try to take small meals at frequent interval also b in propped up lateral position while lying down. if possible walk for 10-15 mins after dinner. hope this helps

you can take ajwain soon after your meal
