Hi Sarnya, avoid ghee and oil , your baby have just started other foods then breastmilk so be very choosy and careful while feeding your baby.

Ghee in vegetable only one to two drops is more than enough to fry suji or put hing only one fourth pinch

Doctor's advice to put few drops ghee in food like khichdi. My paediatrician advised me to include ghee after 6 months, which is good for babies if used in little quantity.

hey jyoti Karn my dadi gives me a recipe why don't u try take 2 -3 pinch ajwain add 1 elachi roast them on tawa add 30 ml of water and a little sugar n salt .. when the water remains vri little like a teaspoon feed ur baby this water once a day for 2-3 days

hey..... mommys.... for cold take 4-5 leaves of tulsi... crush it n make juice then add , pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of ginger powder n add little honey in it. give 2 to 3 tee spoon every day to yr baby... she will be okay.
