Sorry for late reply ... Take cup of badham and. Soak for an hour now add soaked dates ( 5 dates ) and gring them add big water add little venila accence make milk now filter it. Give this to ur kids .if possible I will share video link also Thanku

Ramyadevi, give calorie rich foods such as bananas, chikoos, mangoes. and home made fresh healthy desserts such as halwa and kheer. But honestly, why do you want to increase your child's weight? A fat child is not necessarily a healthy child. If your child is active and shows no symptoms of lethargy, then don't make him fat. My doctor told me the same that right now we want our children to be fat and after a few years we pester them to loose weight.

Give homemade Badham milk ,badham milk is not grinding badhams with milk. Iwill share how to make badham milk if ur interested. And give give banana with milk daily in the morning. Thanku
