Hi Shubhajit, light food at night is not bad . If she sleeps empty stomach then make a routine as my baby she is 2. 9 years and she also used to do same . when she doesnot sleep during day hours she will sleep around 7. 30-8 at night. I have noticed this for some day then i started serving her before 8 . After dinner if she sleeps then fine if not then at bedtime i give her half cup cow milk. serve before sleep time, try to give chappati mashed in milk or daal if she can chew or stuffed parathas with vegetables or paneer, vegetables khichdi, daliya. Keep variation in food as same rice daal will appear unattractive and tastless to her. Find out her taste, what she likes most like salty or sweet . My daughter likes the oranges most so i never give her oranges before lunch as i know she will be fussy while lunch but will have oranges even if she she is full . So observe her habits minutely, it will help you serve her better food in better quantity. hope this be a little help for you.

Hi Madhuri , instead of bottle start with glass or cups . Give her different designed cups that she may get attracted. Whenever she sucks her finger give some something light to eat like long pieces of cucumber, carrot, banana, musk melon, some snacks like bread sticks, namkeen etc.
