Green colour may be because of top feed... formula milk... breastmilk gives the yellow colour

I think then it is normal. don't worry till child is behaving properly and there is no change in frequency of poo. I suggest consult the doctor once or take expert advice

I think he is having either stomach infection or due to temperature change , child is doing the same. how many times she is passing poo in one day.

ok. Then there is nothing to worry until child is behaving normal. whether child is having any cold ? it can be stomach infection . are u giving any top feeding like lactogen or any other milk powder.
