Greyish green poop

My son is 4 months old and she is on breastfeeding along with formula milk but he passes green poop . It's not that green spinach colour but grey green mix colour . Is it okay ? Kindly response Thanks.

Zara, today he passed mixture of yellow and green poop. I’m so confused! Why the colour keeps changing?!

color of the poop might also depend on mother's diet.. still there is no harm in taking doc's advise as greyish poop could indicate underlying problem.
