growing pain

my son is 3 yr nd 4 months... he is always complaining about his paining legs at night.. Wat to. do

hi Preety ! it is not unusual for a 3-4 year old child to have this growing pain . although there is no evidence to ascertain it's exact cause it could be due to his activity pattern during daytime.. children of this age are all the time jumping, running, climbing, or doing one or the other physical activity. it's advisable to wash his legs with lukewarm water before he retires to bed. do a gentle massage with light hands, cover his legs with a sheet and make him sleep. if u feel the pain is unbearable for him please do consult your pediatrician. tkcare!

Hi... My sister in law is a pediatric... She said tht their bone development and stuff 's y ths pain happens.. Nothing to wry abt.. If it helps gv him a warm water bath at nyt b4 bed.. My son 's also 3 yrs n 3 months
