my girl baby 6 month 25 days old.... she have small white bump on her right side upper gum... what's it.. is it painfull

hi Jency! it could be Epstein Pearls which are benign cysts, meaning they are not dangerous or painful to your baby. They do not require treatment and will go away completely on their own or over the course of a few weeks.
