Hair fall after delivery

Hi, I am Mansi, mother of a 4 month old girl. Can anyone suggest how to prevent hair fall after delivery. Uptil 3 months there was no hair fall, after three months, hair fall is out of control. Never ever experienced so much of hair loss. Plz plz plz help how to treat it.

Hi I am also mother for 4months baby boy. we no need to worry abt loss of hair this will happen for everyone as blood is changing I mean to say that is now new blood will generate so it happens

Even I have experienced it.. I think it is natural, only take you may need to take extra care which mommies generally dont find time which is the problem with me. But with time it will be normal soon
