Hair fall post pregnancy

I have 5 month old baby.. After delivery i am having terrible hair loss.. My hairs are becoming very thin... I had such a long beautiful hair before that... Pls suggest...

Hi Lavleen.. hairfall is common post delivery. please don't worry much, try to take care of your hair as much as you can. .if possible the way you used to before! :) Ask your doctor for any vitamin supplements. Also,elders say that hairfall will continue till you are breastfeeding your baby..

Ye abha is correct.. Hair fall is common... Do massage with coconut oil or tell somebody to do. Only this is d solution... I also suffered from this hair fall prblm.. BT nw it's fine.. So it ll stop by its own..
