After 3 months of delivery hair fall started so badly. plz give me suggestion what to do?

Please start eating more foods with dense nutrients. You should also use Mama Earth Argan Hair Mask, it will help with your issues :)

Please have a protein rich diet and salads. Apply onion juice on scalp and neem oil. For cream you can use mamaearth argan hair mask, argan is traditionally known for hairfall. Have been using the same for myself and found it effective.

Check your diet and products you use. I suggest you mama earth argan mask. It makes hair nourished and less hair fall.

hi, please include fruits and vegetables in your diet. keep yourself hydrated. you can use curd and methi seeds,they help in controlling hair fall. also, you can use Mama Earth argan mask. it is very effective in controlling hairfall.

apply onion juice on hair twice a week for few months u will get good results also include green vegetables and seasonal fruits in ur diet

hi Prerana! please follow what Ms. Puloma has mentioned besides that please do take supplements advised by your doc . also ensure that you are having a balanced nutritious diet with all essential nutrients especially iron, calcium, folate, vit E in your diet. keep yourself well Hydrated and have proper sleep at least for good 5-6 hours at a stretch as hair growth is active in the 5th hour of undisturbed sleep . reduce intake of caffeine . as far as possible avoid taking stress. have been through this so thought these minute details might be of help to u! tkcare!
