My 9mnths baby is passing hard stool and making sounds while doing so. What can be done for this?

Are you give her bananas? It helps in softening the stool also give ragi halwa that helps as well. Avoid any kind of strachy items.. And keep your baby hydrated with lentil soup, fruit juice..
