Harmness due to vaccination

Does vaccination cause any harmness to child. My baby is 3 month old and i came to know about side effects of dpt that in some cases it causes lackage of calcium in body and in some cases it cause even autism to the child. Now i am confused because i don't want take any risk because its about my child. Please help me to make a correct decision should i go for dpt or not.

Its a fake news that autism is caused by vaccination .see amm a speech language pathologist i never hear n see such a patient in my life

you SHOULD go for dpt and other required vaccination also.... and dnt blv such fake base less things.. no side effects from any vaccins.. ur child needs them... so plz get ur child vaccinated.... at the most ur child may have little discomfort and slight fvr after dpt.... and it will go within a day.... nothing more will happen.. so relax n get ur baby vaccinated on time
