hello my baby is 14 months old .. but he is not healty. i m worried about him.. which things or foods that give him makes healthy.. please you all guide me ,which is best for him..

hi sabahat ! u could reduce milk intake to two cups a day along with breastfeed. also add seasonal fruits and vegetables, 3 to 5 eggs a week, non veg, home made paneer, curd, lentils. ideally a one year plus can have the same adult 's diet ,appropriate in serving size and spices adjusted according to his taste.. also give small frequent meals.

hi sabahat ! some of the healthy foods for your child at this time are protein rich foods like eggs, fish, soya, milk and fibre rich cereals, fruits, omega rich nuts and dry fruits. also, play time is very important for your child to build better health and stamina in future.
