my daughter has completed her 8 mnths today and weighs 6. 5 kg... she dont want to eat anything neither khicri with veggies. mashwd banana with milk.. apple. cerelac... she keeps in her mouth and then throw.. i am very tensed how she will eat. and very tensed about her health... everyone says that her weight is less

Don't worry on her weight. Even I have a daughter completed eight months few days ago. Try to give her nestum rice or you will get some choices in 1ST BITES. Even you you can try smashed rice with little vegetable soup. hope it helps. This is the phase of transition for the baby to switch from feeding or formula to some semi liquid food. Tc bye

Hey, don't worry at all.. Food before one year is just for fun. Also make sure you are giving meals on regular intervals, keep the same timings. Understand what bub likes or dislikes. Gradually increase meals as in 6 th month only one meal next month 2 meals & so on. So for 8 th month you need to give 3 meals. Don't make them alternative to bf/ff. For that meals can be given 30-40 minutes post bf/ff. Till year one bf is the main feed.

My Baby is also same.. She is having BT in very less quantity.. BT thn also I m giving with d hope she ll eat proper sm day.. So u keep trying.. Every time chnge food.. Like nw I started with chapatis... chapati soked in milk nd moong dal.. Add veggies in moong dal.. Carrot nd beetroot specialy.. My baby doesn't like rice...
