hello.... plz try to give her mashed papaya..... and also u can do one more thing... make a paste of hing along with luke warm water and apply on her naval point. repeat this till she starts normal stools. these are homemade remedy. bt do consult ur padetrician too.

I would also like to add, that apart from useful tips suggested by others, also encourage her to have water. Sometimes, lesser water in take brings about such situation. Please consult the concerned doctor as well. I m sure, he would recommend water intake to be increased if everything else is fine.

Dear, I Agree with Lubna , Supriya and Raj Nandani. But as you said that your child passes stool with or we can say that baby needs to force while passing out the stools. It is showing that most of the time baby is suffering from constipation. Few tips to avoid constipation between 1-3yrs There are some home remedies for constipation problem - 1. give a little piece of jaggerry to your child every day, even in summers. 2. 1/2 cup RO Water + 1tsp sugar solution. 3. don't give spicy and fried food if young one is prone to constipation. 4. avoid frequent intake of biscuits. 5. give emple of water content. Food items to avoid constipation. For Example - Boiled Rajma, Boiled Black Gram Dal, boiled lobhia, Paneer chopped into small cubes, boiled potato, Suji kheer, milk daliya, rice kheer etc. All these things avoid to constipation automatically.
