My daughter most of the time will skip lunch and will sleep. By the time she wakes up, it's already 5 pm. What evening snack can compensate nutritional loss of lunch.

Hi Arika, you can give vegetables sandwiches, mixed veg daliya, oats, suji besan ka vegetables mixed chilla, poha, mixed fruit chaat, salads.
