Please share what can be added to milk to make it more healthy, tasty n edible for toddlers(1-3) apart from what is available in the market like complain, pedisure etc

Shweta Deepak - You could try the following, fresh fruit based smoothie like drinks are normally great and appealing presentation wise, get a very nice sipper to go with it. smoothie normally is with yogurt, but i have tried with cold milk, and it works well for my child. You could also try a little of ice cream flavours for the colour and the taste to go along with the fruits.

hie.. Yes, fruits are the best, they taste good n with fruits, no issues of nutrition and all as they are healthy as well.

But according to Ayurveda, it's not a good idea to mix fruits with milk bcos fruits are acidic based and milk is alkaline based... moreover the acid in stomach mixes up with the smoothie or shake.. this is in turn can trigger certain allergic reactions in intestinal linings

True. All fruits cannot be mixed with milk. Im looking at something to be given on a daily basis. How about the dry fruit powder wit some kesar or date syrup.
