hello I'm 3 month old mom after my delivery I have constipation than after this I get little tear in anus fissure is occurr what can I do to cure this

Hi Aman, You may do this- Include 2 dates with 1 glass warm for bed time. 4-5 black raisins soaked in water for 5-6 hours or soak them overnight & have it in the morning empty stomach. Two slices of papaya with 1 glass warm water at bed time. Half tbsp. flax seeds powder with 2 tbsp curd [consume on any three days of a week]2nd week 1 tbsp flax seeds powder with 2tbsp curd [on any 3 days of the week] 3rd week 1 tbsp flax seeds powder with 2 tbsp curd on any 2 days of the week at bed time.

Hello @aman for constipation you have to keep your body hydrated as you are a breastfeeding mother. You can eat soaked prunes or raisins daily to avoid constipation. You have to include more fibre rich vegetables and fruits to your diet. You can eat figs as they are rich in fibre and helps in relieving constipation. For the tear you should consult your doctor for sure. The cut may sometime cause infections because of bacteria present in urine. Sometimes if not given proper care there may be some mucus forming in. Heal the wound by applying oilments recommended by your doctor after consulting.

Hi Aman Consistently eating beans, bran cereals, whole grains, fruits, veggies can prevent and relieve postpartum constipation n u need 25 grams of fiber daily, Eating two or three prunes is as helpful as taking a laxative.
