Hi Pratima, try giving 3 solids, this can be breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can give idli, ragi porridge, suji porridge, daliya, kichdi, plain dosa etc in addition to milk, soup, fruits and finger foods. Give enough time in between meals. Do not over feed or force feed baby. If baby is gaining weight and active do not worry.

Hi pratima !begin with half a bowl and gradually increase the serving size. rather than giving three big meals ,give 5-6 small frequent meals, if baby doesnt eat much at one go. Also do no repeat same dish for lunch and dinner. add variety so that child doesnt get just one type of nutrients. Breastfeed in between meals.

Hi pratima you can try new new recipes everyday and try to make recipes in colourful way for example. In wheat poori add beetroot so that when it is in rose colour it might attract them. you too can sit near him when eating and ask him to feed you so that they will have interest in eating also. somedays they will be fussy only but dont force feed the baby. you should include whole grains, fruits &vegetables, diary, egg, nonveg. You can also go through the following blog to get an idea for recipes also. hope it might help you Blogs- https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/homemade-baby-food-recipes-for-6-12-months/565 Blogs- https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/foods-ideas-for-toddlers-7-interesting-ways-to-give-it/3576
