hello, my baby is 14 month old... dry fruits r good for her?

you can try wheat flour pan cake! rice flour pan cake! kids love cakes and if it s full of healthy n hygienic things you 'll be love it too.. take one cup wheat flour add two or three spoon power sugar , pinch of salt, one spoon butter, a pinch of baking soda n baking power.. u can add coco power or use food colour n two drops of vanilla essence.. one year kids start eating more from their eyes if they get colour, they will surly try it.. warm one n half cup milk and add it into the mixture.. mix well .. heat non stick pan grease it with butter and pour little little amount on the pan to make small circled pan cakes.. cool it n serve it to ur baby... similarly u can try wheat flour with any fruit like banana pan cake too.. hope baby will enjoy it as my kids does and the rice one get rice flour from the market or wash n dry rice at home n grind it into fine power.. take one cup rice power add some green veggies (u can add any veg tip chop them fine and small or grade some like bottle ground, green papaya n parwal this way ur baby can swallow it easily)mix them soak it for one hour add salt little oil n spread it on non stick pan and serve cold.. my kids love it.. hope it will be liked by it too stay healthy

if she is eating it then good. also u can add more of badam in her diet also you can put 2/3 drops of badam oil in her milk.
