help me how to make fast my son

my son is 12 year old he is very slow in every task he feel panic with allians and sounds he have no friend in school and at home he feel very sad anyone hurt him he is very immotional and pure by heart he doesn't tell lie don't cheat anyone he wants to be fast but his mind is distracted he is not smart like other kids he take too much time for every task his homework and class work incomplete every time he learned all the course but left his half exam paper because of slow speed
