hi Rahul Setia ! it's not unusual to have loss of appetite during first trimester.. she could avoid having large 3 meals, and have frequent small meals.. avoid plates and bowls in which she usually has her meals as the mere sight of these can give her nauseating feeling.. instead have small bowls and repeat servings if need be . too much of food in a plate can be overwhelming for her . also she can have ginger, biscuits, crackers to keep morning sickness at Bay... u could help her with cooking or engage a cook as these days the pregnant lady gets sensitive to odors and certain smells can make her feel uncomfortable.. identify triggers and avoid these. here is a blog with handy tips which u would find useful, please go through the link given below. Hey! I find this parent blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/morning-sickness-all-you-want-to-know/802?ptref=sa0l000030g00ma
