Hi Aakanksha GUPTA ! The mantra is the more you will breastfeed, the more will be the production of milk. Give skin to skin touch to your before feeding him. try and relax and take this thought out of your mind that your feed is not enough for the baby. Add galactagouges to your diet like methidana, star anise, jeera, ajwain, etc. take 2-3 cups of milk in a day and have small frequent meals.. do include seasonal fruits and vegetables to your diet. Maintain hydration by adding coconut water, Butter milk, rasam, milk shakes , dry fruit milk etc .try and stay cheerful.

Hi Aakanksha GUPTA no need to worry give hime full pasteurized tone milk, My daughter was not like formula milk so much then My doctor suggested me to give tone milk. U may ask with your paediatrician for this. And moreover give curd in daytime, add banana in his milk or you can add chikoo in his milk, both the flavours my daughter liked it. try it dear. Add home made paneer, cheese in his diet for calcium requirements.
