Hi - give your DD 3 big meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 snacks between them. my baby is 1. 3 too and the below is his schedule: early morning: 100 ml milk breakfast: eggs/ poha/oats/ daliya mid morning snacks: banana/ mango/ mix juice/ aloo cutlets lunch: some veg+roti/rice and curd noon: sooji kheer/ fruit dinner: khichdi - rice or dalia my son is a fussy eater and does not necessarily follow the above but we try and stick to this

i ll give bowl full of rice n he play a lot n again ill give milk210ml at bed time to make him sleep... hope this will help my son is 1515months

Ill tell u time table of my son at morning my son wakes at 7 he plays for some time 8 illgive give him idly,dosa,bread soakd in milk,oats porridge, chapathi in milk, some times raagi malt & sabudana kheer etc n after breakfast nap 1/2hr or 1 then ill give him banana,melon,buscuits,cheeko,musk melon etc before 1 ill give lunch with home made curries like drumstick pulp,rasam,sambar, daal ka pani,tomato curry with egg etc n eveng at 4-5 ill give again some fruit r buscuits n again at dinner give him light foods like oats porridge,milk with rice,rasam,daal ka pani bt avoid egg at night as it cuses indigestion saying on my experience
