Hi Ruvanthika Blv ! I am so sorry for your loss. Cut down intake of carbohydrates such as fatty food, fried , processed food or junk food. Reduce intake of salt and sugar and take more of fruits and salads. Resume exercise after consulting with your doctor.

Hi Ruvanthika Blv ! Don't think about weight loss till 6 months. You should have healthy diet like green vegetables,pulses,milk,cheese etc. Don't eat oily food, junk food. Have healthy diet only. Have lukewarm water in a day.
