Saira i have shared a few things which u can incorporate in yr meals .for instance u could have pomegranate beetroot salad, boiled egg , daliya loaded with veggies, jeera to be added to all tadkaa, black chana,green leafy veggies like palak,chulai,home made paneer, etc.

Hello saira your hb is low only but during pregnancy its normal that many face decrease in hb. You have to include drumstick leaves soup it really helps in increasing the hb really well as it helped me alot. You can eat pomegranate, dates, figs, have eggs, have country chicken twice a week, guess doctor gave you iron supplements take it without fail. After having iron rich foods dont take milk as calcium rich foods reduce the iron absorbtion instead you can take orange juice or any citrus fruits as it will increase iron absorbtion. Goat spleen really helps alot in increasing hb. have drumstick leaves fry atleast two days once. This is what all i did to increase my hb during pregnancy

Hi Saira !you HB is within the normal range, still you could have iron rich diet by having lentils rich in iron such as green leafy vegetables,homemade paneer, beetroot, pomegranate etc. Have small frequent meals, maintain hydration and try and stay cheerful.
