hi Sonu Dhima ! u could involve their father and let him have a one -on-one with them. let him take the charge and deal with them by beginning afresh.. start by setting a routine with a fixed time table for studies, break , rest and recreation.. don the hat of a friend and avoid complaining or criticizing them. praise them when they behave well. also let them meet seniors who could help them strategize how to go about going with the syllabus and Divide their day so that each subject gets equal attention. as far as gadgets are concerned u could keep a cap of max 45 minutes use in a day. give them a choice of utilizing it one go or over a period of time. here is a blog u would find useful! please go through the link given below .Hey! I find this parent blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/unplugging-parenting-how-to-take-your-child-off-gadgets/832?ptref=sa0l000030g00n4

Hi Sonu!Yes this is a very common problem with teenagers. If he loves Sports, give it a boost. If he has a passion for a hobby inspire him to pursue it. They will get less time for gadgets.
