Hi my daughter is 12 years of age she is matured 2 months back and she is having regular menses since 2 months but bleeding is for 7 days I'm worried regarding her health.

Hello MOUNITHA ! Staying period from 3days to 7 days is absolutely normal, there is nothing to worry about, just give your daughter a very healthy diet so that there is no deficiency in her body. Give her green vegetables, milk ,curd ,dryfruits, fresh fruits etc.
