hi Aakash S !I can understand ur concern here. u need to plan activities and feed her for instance show her a picture book ,or narrate a story after making her sit on a high chair. avoid distractions around , such as phone , tv etc. the more she would enjoy the activity, less keen she would be to watch gadgets. she might take some time to adjust but would definitely come around. here is a blog, u would find useful, please go through this. Hey! I find this parent blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/raising-a-gadget-free-child-heres-how-a-mom-did-it/2440?ptref=sa0l000030g01vs

hi aakash its very important to control her basic stubborness.... first you have to stop her watching too much TV... maximum of the time TV is a spoil sporter... let her watch TV for 1 hr a day but not with the food.. you can introduce books to her which will help her

padmini it depends. sometimes her sleep pattern changes, she sleeps. late night and wakes up at afternoon, so sometimes morning food gets skipped

hey Akash this is nothing Serious but perhaps I understand your concern. presuming you have tried everything of waking her up early in the morning not allowing her to watch tv. I suggest you try taking her out to park around ,6. 30pm let her breathe fresh air play with other kids make friends. i have couple of other doubts . are both her parents working?and if yes what time do they come back from work. is she consuming sugar around 9. 00 to 10 at night. if you feel I can be of any help feel free to call between 12noon to 1. 30pm. my phone no is 9880327870
