hi Saruka! persistent complain of pain in legs and hands should not be ignored.. please get him examined by an expert to rule out any underlying cause.. also serve him healthy food rich in protein, iron, calcium and other essential nutrients . here is a blog on super foods for children which would not only help improve his immunity but would take care of other nutritional deficiencies.. please do have a look. Hey! I find this Parenting blog really interesting. hi... consistent painting is not a matter of avoidance... u should check 1st it's real pain or he tries to draw ur attention n concern... before giving any medicine check out that he really required or some kids are very obsessed with taking medicine for everything.. actually my baby has same problem but know he is overcome from that.. he always say Mumma my legs are paining sometimes hand or some other body part.. after checking his trend I noticed that he always says that he had pain when I took my medicine then I firstly try to make him understand when he don't I started giving him calcium tablet n avoid taking my medicine in front of him...
