Hi my son is going to step in 6th month Is it right time to give him ragi milk. still now he is breastfeed. Kindly advice

soak a ragi before night in water and next day morning take out ragi from water grind it take out milk from it fliter in white cloth. u must use oly the milk from it. make that milk to boil it around 10 mins and cool it and we can start feeding to babies

initially u can use tat recipe which other friend shared to take ragi milk bcoz ragi is little to digest if used directly. but from 8 or 9 months u can ragi powder to make porridge no need to extract milk using cloth as baby's tummy will be ready to digest ragi directly.

other foods to make babies bubbly u can give health mix (sathu maavu kanji v say in Tamil) it's very very healthy and filling. it will also put on weight

s u can start. my baby also just completed 5months and I ve started giving. but initially start giving only 1 to 2 tablespoons and gradually increase.
