Take small frequent meals. Maintain your hydration by drinking coconut water, buttermilk, vegetable soups etc. You could also have fruits and salads but remember to wash the fruits and vegetables throughly. Do not lie immediately after having food . You could take a small walk after having food in the house itself. And most importantly try and stay happy and cheerful during your pregnancy.

Hi komala, once you start 8th month you have to do normal walking for 20 minutes and need to do any household work like sweeping, mopping. if your pregnancy is normal not with bed rest suggested by doctor then you can do anyone of the activities. Don't sit for a long time just walk in between. Before proceeding any exercise discuss with gynocologist and follow accordingly.

Do squats and use stairs.. Try using Indian toilet and walking for half an hour at least is must.. This is what my friends and family said to me for normal delivery.. But which helped me a lot is yoga... I went to classes and that helped me much for vaginal delivery.. Don't get scared.. Be relaxed.. Inhale and exhale are the two mantras which made me comfortable.. All the best momma.. I will pray for u for normal delivery.. And also to have healthy baby 😇😊you try to be active but remember that no matter whether vaginal or c-sec , baby safety and health is important which is how doctor will decide things .good luck. :)
