High BP after delivery

During pregnancy my wife had high BP. She took Labebet 100 for that. Doctor said BP will be normal after delivery. It is now 40 days from delivery. But still she is having high BP. What should we do to lower the BP?

hi gaurav kumar ! please consult her doc. probably she needs to continue the medicine and stop it only after consulting her doc.. fellow parents with similar experience please suggest.

1s u start having the medicine for high BP, u hv to continue it for lifetime as the body now gets accustomed with the medicine to control the BP level. she can neway go for some home remedies like having lots of garlic, saying no to pickles & salty food and mainly do exercise/walking.

mujhe bhi high bp ki problem hui thi jab mera 9th month tha maine bhi high bp ki medicines li thi bt koi farak nhi pda bt after delivery half n hour me mera bp normal ho gya...
