Hi Neha, sugar levels are not impacted just by what you eat but also how much u eat in one go. i am also having diabetes during pregnancy and have been advised following : 1. Do not take anything made with maida 2. include daily walk from 30 mins to 1 hour 3. increase protein intake by including paneer, pulses, roasted chana in ur diet. u can have moong Dal cheela in breakfast or evening. 4. try to drink atleast 2 litres of water everyday 5. Avoid fruit juices and use multigrain aata. Do not buy multigrain from market. Instead mix these flours at home - soyabean, chana and wheat flour. 6. Have overnight soaked almonds as first thing in the morning. 7. Do not have late night dinners.

Neha Sacchi rathi milk contain carbohydrates, too much of milk can increase blood sugar.. avoid having more than a cup at one go. however u can have it small amounts 2 to 3 times a day.

hi Neha Sacchi rathi! u could take dietary precautions like limit carb intake by reducing intake of milk, fruits ,breads, pasta,etc.. avoid fruit juices. break your meals into small and frequent meals. avpid adding sugar.. do exercise and monitor your sugar level as advised by doc.
