hi Mahendra S ! please cosnult a good doctor and get her blood tests done. it could be due to viral or or any other underlying infection. u might find this blog useful. https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/viral-fever-in-children-symptoms-treatment-protection-tips/4327?ptref=sa0l000flge03c7

hi Mahendra S , you should consult doctor, as we should not give much paracetamol to children unless advised by doctor. Also, children do fall sick regularly when season changes, so a checkup is always better.

Thanks Ms. Ayesha, we have done blood test, chest x-ray, urine test, montoux test, dengue test. All test results are Neagative except chest congestion. She suffers a lot. Doctor says that she is completely fine but fever cough and cold persists.

Steaming is the best option when medicines stop working. It directly Soothes the chest and clears the blockage. With this try the medication course again. On personal front, try to maintain hygiene around. Clean the floor with a disinfectant and always clean your hands with hand wash when around the child. Cough and cold increase in unhygienic condition

offer steam daily, think about buying an air purifier, make the child wear masks especially when heading out early monrings. try and teach about hygiene like usage of sanitisers and washing hands. dettol is a good brand for masks and sanitiser. while this may not cure the child immediately but will help in the long run
