Hii.. I'm 13 weeks pregnant.. While pooping I have to push little pressure on stomach.. Is it ok?? Will it harm my baby?!

Dear drink alots of water, have fiber diet like daliya, oats, salad, fruits etc. Take warm milk in night and drink warm water in morning. Try to do some light exercise, you can ask which exercises u can do for that take doctor's advice. Also do read this blog once.
