Hii my baby is 1 month old ND m not able to produce sufficient milk for her so Wat can I do Pls suggest me

Eat healty food and fruits... drink milk with dryfruits 2 times daily and take sufficient sleep....

hey!! dere iz 1 homemade tip..... just add a ghee jeera tadka to ur daal n sabzi bhuna jeera helps u..... n surely dear drink milk atleast 2 times mes a day n make sure dat milk is a bit hot

Hi Dear,It takes time... initially I also faced d same.. just take lots of liquid n diary products.. b stress free.. milk ll flow.. as much the baby ll suck it ll come.. u cn go for food diet with raw papaya,bottle guard,ajwain water,sabu Dana.. still if u need medication u can go lactare tablets or powder but consult Ur gynco once before taking any medicine

hi Ritu jain! breastfeeding is wound up around your emotions and your psyche. the more relaxed u feel, the more confident u get , more is the production . ur baby is getting how much he needs already so don't feel the pressure that u r not producing much. stay happy while feeding him, read good books, or even try and develop a bond while feeding your LO. Take latonic granules powder with milk prescribed by dr which is also given best results. And take fried jeera water which also give beat results. I am having milk of around 1 .5 ltr daily as I have twins. have garlic milk or garlic fried in ghee. Have egg whites and protein rich food.

hey! eat daliya, jeera water or jeera roti, milk at least 3 times in a day... these are the highly recommended things to eat for a breastfeed mother.
